The Vaudoise Insurance Group is one of the ten largest private insurers in the Swiss market. Founded in 1895 in Lausanne, the Group is present in all the linguistic regions of the country thanks to its network of more than one hundred agencies. It employs more than 1,900 people, including about 100 trainees. The majority of the share capital of Vaudoise Assurances Holding SA is held by Mutuelle Vaudoise, Société Coopérative.
The Group has recognised expertise in all areas of insurance, pensions and asset management. True to its cooperative origins, Vaudoise pays out part of its profits in the form of premium rebates to its policyholders.
